Hi Guys! Thanks for taking your time to read this post,

My name is Alex Chee Yun Kiu,
I'm 19 and I've been training for 4 years, I'm an ALL TIME Natural Athlete, I do not take anything that's Unnatural.

Current: 84kg 11%BodyFats



Today I've started to pursue my Career to the next step. I'm going to be a Certified Personal Trainer. I'm currently studying for my Certificate.

I provide service that are BASED on my experience, the knowledge I've collected throughout the years of training. Now I'm not saying that I'm the best or anything, but I can ASSURE you results as I've been through them myself.

Private Personal Training 
1 Training session – RM 140 (training facility fee are not included) 
6 Training sessions – RM 840 (training facility fee are not included) 
1 Training Session = 2hours

1.Basic Training Beginner (1 Month 12 Session Including Basic Body Knowledge, Forms and Basic Nutritional Guide) - RM 1500

2.Beast Training Advanced (1 Month 15 Sessions Including Insane Training,Meal Plan, Personalized Workout Plan, Goals/Target and Nutritional guide)
RM 2000 (Recommended)
